At Wild Friends, we prioritize quality, exclusivity, and hygiene.

ALL SWIMWEAR SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on swimwear items.

For all other items:

  • All sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue
